Luis is the site webmaster and a pro-am project coordinator such as the Free Transportatin Program accepted at the TCC VIII in Portland (but unfortunately without funds to be there) and the Curitiba Commuter’s Challenge I and II. Founding member of the Cyclists Union of Brazil and member of the World Carfree Network.
